Description
We are inviting expressions of interest from qualified and experienced subcontractors for the delivery of our Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) Surveys & Utility Mapping Package as part of the Lower Thames Crossing Roads North of the Thames infrastructure programme. This package will include: PAS128-compliant underground utility detection surveys (Type B - M1 and M2) Topographical data capture using terrestrial survey equipment Digital mapping and reporting in 2D and 3D AutoCAD formats The subcontractor must comply with the technical requirements outlined in the project specification, including: Accurate location and depth recording of underground utilities to Quality Levels B1-B4 Use of intelligent radar scanning and electromagnetic locator (EML) techniques Annotation of survey outputs with full X, Y, Z dimensions and feature coding Delivery of layered AutoCAD files and comprehensive survey reports Interested subcontractors must demonstrate: Proven experience in delivering GPR and utility mapping works aligned with PAS128 Competence in using advanced survey equipment and software Robust health, safety, environmental and quality management systems Appropriate certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and familiarity with the Specification for Highway Works To express your interest and receive further details-including pre-qualification requirements and tender timelines-please respond to this notice by 03.11.2025.
