Description

Curo are looking for a single contractor to deliver a programme of passenger lift servicing, repairs and maintenance works across its passenger lift portfolio. In addition to the lift servicing and maintenance, Curo also wish to include a programme of passenger lift replacements and refurbishment. A full scope of work is detailed in the general and technical specifications included in the ITT tender pack.The contract will be for an initial period of four years taking the contract to 2029 with an optional extension of two periods of 12 months (4+1+1) taking the contract to 2031, which is subject to performance.

Lift Servicing and Maintenance

Lift Servicing and Maintenance Tai Hedyn Limited, trading as Hedyn ("the Association") requires a Contract for Passenger Lift Maintenance and Servicing at various sites. Eight lifts in four different properties will be on a fully comprehensive cover and the remainder will be a service only where all repairs are to be quoted, for convenience and to avoid delays any repairs £500 excluding VAT or less the contractor can carry out without waiting for authorisation. All planned maintenance will be carried out within Hedyn stipulated working hours and tailored to the Association's requirements. There must be a 24hour call out service number that Hedyn staff can contact in the event on an emergency. The contractor will make arrangements for all phone lines in lifts to be transferred to the contractors contact number for ongoing monitoring within the first 48 hours of commencement of the contract. Regular reviews for servicing are to be recorded of the current condition and future condition of the equipment with recommendations to implement planned maintenance where regulations/standards change and upgrades may be required which fall outside of the Contract, these are to be detailed in a quote and supplied with the service report at the intervals set by Hedyn, copies of the records will be kept on a central register with a copy also kept at the scheme. The Contractor will be expected to update the Hedyn Compliance Database as and when required and agreed prior to pre contract start date. The contractor will ensure there is a main point of contact throughout the duration of the contract with clear escalation points and Hedyn will provide the same. The successful Bidder should note that throughout the term of the Contract as the property stock and equipment list is live and may be subject to change. Therefore, the Association reserves the right to make modifications to the Contract in respect of the properties, equipment and / or tasks required as contained or referenced within this document. Lift Servicing and Maintenance Contract (Habinteg)

Habinteg wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services and works in respect of Lifts across the Habinteg estate to ensure all properties remain compliant, whilst residents remain safe within their homes and facilitate daily activity. The Supplier shall be responsible for all servicing, planned and reactive maintenance of lifts located within properties tenanted by Habinteg. A professionally managed service is to be provided for both Planned and Reactive Maintenance activities. The Supplier shall ensure the availability of qualified on-call personnel to respond to maintenance issues and system failures twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the entire calendar year, including public holidays. Habinteg is a registered social housing provider with 50 years' experience building and promoting accessible homes and communities, operating across England. Habinteg has a range of general needs properties built specifically to meet accessible and adaptable requirements of customers. Habinteg supports a wide range of customers including older and disabled people, and families with disabled children.  Habinteg is undertaking an Open Procedure to select a suitable Supplier to deliver the Passenger Lift Servicing and Maintenance Contract to commence 1st August 2026 (an initial three (3) year contract term, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions, a maximum potential term of five (5) years). The estimated contract value is between £250,000 - £350,000 for the full contract term. Site visit will take place as part of this Tendering Procedure on Tuesday 9th December and attendance must be registered by Friday 5th December through ProContract. Full scope details can be found with the associated tender documents at ProContract. Within the Pricing Schedule of this tender, the Contracting Authority has stated a number of assets/properties that the Supplier will be expected to deliver services to - if this list of assets/properties needs to be modified throughout the contract term, this will be considered a "materialisation of a known risk".
