Provision of Waste Management Services

This tender is for the provision of waste management services, including collection, disposal, recycling and related services. The ability to provide ancillary services such as, disposal of specialist waste, food waste, cooking oil, confidential shredding, horticultural waste, may also be required during the contract term. The contract will be awarded for a single supplier to provide all the waste management requirements detailed in this procurement, for all the sites. P-3277 Collection and Disposal of Scrap Metal - Rail

Translink requires a competent contractor to provide a collection and disposal service for its scrap metal – rail. This will include recycle ferrous metal and non-ferrous metals: Rail (OA Plate and Girder). Translink also requires the contractor to provide a service to lift ad-hoc items of plant for disposal. The service may also require the dismantling of equipment on Translink sites. This will be an initial 5-year contract with possible further extensions for up to 2 years (24 months). Anticipated Contract Start Date is 5 January 2026. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal.
