Description

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invites tenders for the collection, treatment and processing of municipal waste for each of four Lots. Each Lot Contract is to be for an initial period of 2 years from award of the Lot Contract , with options, entirely at the discretion of the Council, to extend each Lot Contract for 3 further periods each of twelve months. The contract materials differ between Lots and in total cover a) residual waste arising from the Council kerbside refuse collection service and recycling centre residual waste and b) bulky wastes (furniture, carpet and mattresses) collected from the bulky household collection service and Household Recycling Centres

Translink requires a competent contractor to provide a collection and disposal service for its scrap metal – rail. This will include recycle ferrous metal and non-ferrous metals: Rail (OA Plate and Girder). Translink also requires the contractor to provide a service to lift ad-hoc items of plant for disposal. The Council wishes to appoint an authorised Contractor to transport waste from Belfast City Council's Recycling Centre’s, Civic amenity sites, Parks and Cleansing sites, Duncrue Complex, the Zoo and other Council premises as required to the Councils Waste Transfer Station or onward to other contractors for further treatment. We also require a contractor to provide a range of skip containers to various council sites and facilities for long and short-term hire when required.
