Description

Bidders are invited to submit a tender for the kitchen equipment, service, inspection and repair contract at various Caerphilly CBC Buildings. The scope of the project is fully described in the procurement documents but in summary the scope is: 
• Kitchen equipment maintenance including gas and electrical testing
• Kitchen ventilation requirement checks 
• Repairs following the maintenance 
• 24/7 Reactive maintenance call out service
The contract period is anticipated to be from 10th December 2025 to 9th December 2029 with an option to extend further for up to 12 months by mutual agreement.
