This procurement is for the provision of the Young People's Supported Accommodation Pathway. The Pathway will provide a range of non-registered residential accommodation and support services for young people aged 16-25-year-olds.
This is the 2nd phase which comprises of the following lots:
Lot 1 - Mixed/High Support

Lot 3 -  Assessment Services

BHCC - EB - Care Homes within Brighton and Hove Round 5

The Council is seeking to award contracts within the boundaries of Brighton and Hove for the provision of Care Home beds on a spot purchase basis. Out of city care homes are contracted via an alternative route. Bidders who pass the qualifying criteria will be awarded a contract. Individual placements will be made on a spot purchase basis throughout the life of the contract. The Council guarantees no set volume of placements under this contract and reserves the right to contract for comparable provision through other means. Individual placements will be made via a brokerage process, where individual outcomes and costs are agreed between the Council and the Supplier. Care Homes for Adults Flexible Framework Agreement NEW ENTRANTS

This procurement exercise is to establish a Flexible Framework Agreement, for the provision of Care Homes for Adults excluding older people (further referred to as the “Flexible Framework'’) which fall within Schedule 3 and Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.The care home services forming part of the Flexible Framework are regulated by the Care Inspectorate in Scotland and must be registered with them as Care Home Service for Adults. The Flexible Framework Agreement will remain open to allow new Providers ("New Entrants") to participate throughout the Open Period. Further information about New Entrant applications is set out in Section VI.3 Additional information. Following award, successful providers will also be able to seek to vary their appointment by altering or adding service offerings in accordance with the terms of the Flexible Framework Agreement. Care home services will support people to achieve the best possible quality of life, in terms of their personal aspirations, choices and abilities, where people’s needs are best met within a residential setting for adults.

Bristol City Council wishes to appoint supplier(s) to provide supported accommodation to homeless single people and childless couples. There will be residents in 51 units of accommodation. The tender will be split into 2 lots, Lot 1 will be made up of: 20 units of high support delivered from a single property and Lot 2 will be 31 units of medium support delivered from multiple properties.
