The University of Staffordshire is seeking tenders for the provision of maintenance services to the London Campus for a period of 2 years with an option to extend by up to 3 x 1 years PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR OUR LONDON CAMPUS ONLY The Service is required to cover Units 4, 5 & 12 at Here East Estate in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London E20 3BS. The supplier must have in place an established network of sub-contractors who are able to meet the required response times detailed within the specification. Fire Safety Remedial Works

Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) seeks contractors for the completion of remedial works as required by our ongoing programme of Fire Risk Assessments and building safety. This will principally be for passive firestopping works, such as fire door installation & compartmentalisation, but may include elements of active Fire Risk Prevention, such as fire & smoke alarms. Works will be carried out across the GPHG estate in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, High Peak & South Yorkshire.
