Description

The in-house Legal Department of Historic England provides or procures all legal advice and services to Historic England and English Heritage. 
      
      In cases where either the expertise does not exist in-house or there is not the capacity to do it, work is put out to a panel of external legal firms.
      
      We are seeking to appoint a panel of external legal firms for a four-year term to assist us to provide a seamless legal advice service to Historic England and English Heritage staff.

For the past few years, CPC has outsourced the contract management of its Legal Services framework agreement for various reasons, one of which being capacity internally. We are now looking to bring this framework back in-house and this tender exercise will form the new iteration of the framework. Suppliers must be capable of delivering high-quality, cost-effective legal advice and representation to institutions such as schools, academies, colleges, universities, and educational trusts, as well as local authorities and the wider public sector. Rural Support Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

7. Short description of requirement The client requires a compliant DPS Framework to deliver a wide variety of Rural Support services and engage with suppliers in an evolving sector. To support the priorities the most suitable solution is the creation of the Rural Support Dynamic Purchasing System. The DPS will be accessible for 4 years with supplier applications being accepted throughout its duration. It is expected that the DPS will be established around the end of September 2024, and call-off contracts will begin via mini-competition shortly after. Natural Resources Dynamic Purchasing System (Applications 2023 to 2027)

The client requires a compliant DPS Framework to deliver a wide variety of environmental services and engage with suppliers in an evolving sector. To support the priorities the most suitable solution is the creation of the Natural Resources Dynamic Purchasing System.
