LiveWest Homes Limited are looking to:
A) establish a framework of window and door contractors for current and future members of Advantage South West.
in a single joint procurement process. 
B)  appoint window and door contractors (under separate notice ocds-h6vhtk-05cfd7) across various regions within the South West to a LiveWest contract   
in a single joint procurement process.

Project Tullie Phase 2++ Castle Street: Main Contractor Services ITT

Phase 2++ will see the conservation and adaption of a series of at-risk buildings on Castle Street, part of Carlisle's Historic Quarter. Having sat empty for several years, ownership of the buildings was transferred to the Trust in 2023 with the aim of expanding the museum and bringing new life and purpose to underused buildings, left in a state of disrepair. The Castle Street development project will see the spaces transformed into a series of rooms for community and creative use, including workshop and meeting spaces. The unique location of the buildings will allow for continued public access outside of the museum opening times, increasing accessibility and our inclusive approach to programming activity. The Service and Maintenance of Automatic Doors

Swindon Borough Council are looking to engage with an experienced contractor to provide responsive and scheduled bi-annual maintenance of its automatic doors. The Council expects the contractor to repair any faulty automatic doors as and when required, with an all-inclusive service. This all-inclusive service should include all call out, fault investigation, repairs, labour and materials, travel and related costs during the duration of the contract. It should be noted that the contract shall comprise of the inspection, ongoing maintenance and repair of automatic doors, both planned servicing and also remedial works are within the scope of this contract. This will be required 24 hours, 7 days a week (including weekend and Bank Holidays) working. The contract will be for a period of 3 Years with an optional 2 year extension period and is estimated to commence 1st April 2026. Estimated contract spend is between £250,000.00 - £270,000.00 ex vat across the initial 3 year term and £415,000.00 - £450,000.00 across the full 5 year term.
