North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) is seeking tender submissions from suitably experienced, skilled and qualified event organisers to co-ordinate, plan, manage and deliver three daytime events for Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Immingham town centres with the theme being 'Love Your Town'. The dates for these events are to be held during February 2026. Funded by UKSPF, the fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK investing in communities and place, supporting local business, people and skills.

LS026 London Stadium Ticketing System

London Stadium or “LS” (the Contracting Authority) is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide the LS Ticketing System over a 5-year term. The contract will deliver obligations on the venue to contract, plan and host major events, therefore LS requires a ticketing system able to perform a variety of functions. At the point of enquiry for a major event, LS will build an event manifest onto the Ticketing System. This will be used to support the process of forecasting commercials and capacities. Once the event has been confirmed, the manifest remains in use to plan and execute the sale of tickets within the venue for the event. As the event process continues, the Ticketing System will have several functions, including the sale of venue allocations. There is a direct relationship between the Ticketing System and the venue’s access control hardware and a process is managed to upload all event tickets onto the Stadium’s entry system to allow customer entry during the event. LS is a multi-event venue in the heart of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. The venue hosts Premier League football, international athletics, Major League Baseball, international rugby, Concerts and a range of conferences and community events. West Midlands Tourism Awards 2026 - Event Management

WMGC intend to award a contract to an experienced Event Management Company (EMC) for the full delivery of the West Midlands Awards for Excellence in March 2026 (exact date to be confirmed). The contract will cover one event cycle, running from December2025 to 31 March 2026. The selected EMC will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of a live awards ceremony for approximately 300 attendees, hosted at a venue within the West Midlands. The EMC must also demonstrate the capability to pivot to a virtual or hybrid format, should external factors prevent an in-person event. The EMC will manage all aspects of the event delivery, including but not limited to sourcing an event host and entertainment booking, drinks reception and catering, event décor/dressing/staging, AV/lighting, filming and photography, trophies, security, event support staff, brochures, goody-bag/merch, and project management.
