Description

This AWARD Notice follows on from the Find a Tender Contract Notice ref 2025/S 000-005452.
This procurement was for a Framework between the appointed providers and the Council to supply predominately Works on an ad-hoc call-off basis as and when required for Modern Methods of Construction Projects.
The Framework Agreement is scoped to provide the Council, or client partner, with modern methods of construction, projects typically consisting of (but not confined to) new build works, alterations and extensions, refurbishments, replacements and installations, and other associated work/services which may include for contractor's design. The provision of hired-modular build is not within scope.

This EOI is the first stage in a potential tender process. Working in an Extra Care Environment The scheme is a live extra care setting, home to older residents with varying levels of support needs. Contractors must be sensitive to the environment, ensuring minimal disruption, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and demonstrating excellent communication and professionalism at all times. Experience working in occupied or supported housing schemes is essential, and all operatives must be appropriately briefed on safeguarding and site conduct.
