Description

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is inviting tenders for the provision of Single homeless Hostels. Integrated Commissioning is seeking to competitively tender five new contracts for the delivery of this housing related support (HRS) services for 341 single homeless people across the Borough.
This Tender consist of 5 Lots
• Lot 1 Medium-High Support Male Only (Founders House, 123 units)
• Lot 2 Medium-High Support Female Only (Riverside House, 60 units)
• Lot 3 High-Complex Support Mixed Hostel (minimum of 87 units) Bidder must have own building/buildings to deliver the support service from
• Lot 4 CQC Registered Male Only Wet Hostel (minimum of 35 units) Bidder must have own building/buildings to deliver the support service from
• Lot 5 Long-stay Mixed Hostel with Support (minimum of 33 units) Bidder must have own building/buildings to deliver the support service from.
The contract period is 3 years with three optional 1 yr extensions.

Accommodation based Housing Related Support Service for Lot 1 (Medium to High Needs) and Lot 2 (Low to Medium Needs)

Slough Borough Council is seeking tenders for an Accommodation-based Housing Related Support Services for Slough residents aged 18 to 65. The primary purpose of the service is to provide an alternative to rough sleeping or temporary accommodation for single people who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness, with a view to supporting them into more independent accommodation. Providers must complete an Accommodation Suitability Checklist for all accommodation that you are proposing to use. The new contract for accommodation and support is to commence on 1 May 2026 for two years with an option to extend for a further one year until 30 April 2029. The Council is holding a Supplier Engagement Event on 5 November 2026 at 10am on MS Teams. Refugee Welcome Programme - Employment Support

The GMCA recognises that choice and access to employment services and programmes for refugees and people seeking asylum differs across Greater Manchester. This has been highlighted through research, mapping of existing support and the establishment of Refugee Welcome Programme (RWP). RWP partners have noted a gap in provision for specialist personalised employment support and employer engagement and liaison for this group.
