Development of vertically straight fusion blanket segment demonstrator including technology development identification

As part of the on-going STEP programme, continued development, learning and understanding of materials and systems is required. As such, the materials team have set out this requirement to better understand the proposed plan for the breeder blankets within the tokomak. This proof of concept, physical scaled demonstrator and broader technology understanding will benefit the programme and allow for further progress to be made. We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced contractors to tender for carrying out internal residential fit out works creating new dwellings within a extra care environment.
