Description

This is a request for information (RFI) for Replacement and Maintenance of NI Water site electronic access system. 
The replacement electronic access system will be required to be rolled out across a number of NI Water’s sites. Any successful supplier should be able to provide services over the full geographical coverage of Northern Ireland. This will include the ongoing maintenance, repair, like for like replacement and supply of spare parts over the period of the contract.

In April 2015, the MOD signed a thirteen year contract with Leidos Europe Ltd to provide the procurement and inventory management of commodity items (as well as the storage and distribution services), that were historically provided in-house by the Logistic Commodities and Services Operating Centre. The General Supplies Team, which forms part of Leidos Supply Ltd. is considering the potential requirement for the supply of Common Captured Persons Handling Kit on behalf of the UK MoD. The total estimated value for this Framework Agreement will be between £360,000 and £900,000 with a total length of 4 Years.
