Description

L&Q are seeking to engage an external Stock Condition Surveyor to complete a proportion of
the annual stock condition survey programme. The exact number of surveys is still to be agreed but it will be a guaranteed minimum of 7,000 up to a potential maximum of 13,200 and as such we require a price per survey based on delivering the required number of surveys within the financial year.

The University of Bath will be looking to have these surveys completed to 131 buildings (refer to University of Bath Building List) which is a mixture of Academic, Residential, Sports/Leisure/Recreational, Facilities Management and Other buildings. Approximate internal gross areas (m²) have been provided within the University of Bath Building List. Building condition surveys were previously undertaken in 2019. The University can provide summary reports and data sets for each building where required. The results of the surveys are to be entered into the University’s PlanOn IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) software package so that they can be used by the University for the ongoing maintenance and management of the Estate. Structural and building investigation surveys for four blocks of Large Panel Systems (LPS) constructed high rise residential buildings, Hull

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide structural and building investigation surveys and reports with detailed cost estimates of any recommended works for four LPS constructed high-rise residential buildings. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 25th March 2026 ending by 26th February 2027 with no option to extend. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £1,100,000 overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
