Tewkesbury Borough Council are inviting tenders for Office refurbishment works  at its Public Service Centre, Tewkesbury.
      
      Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to 'Express Interest' upon which will they will be given access to the full documentation through this e-tendering system. 
      
      When the documents have been made available involved suppliers will receive notification via email and the documents can be accessed from the 'My Tenders' area of this website and selecting the 'View Details' button of this project.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced contractors to tender for carrying out internal residential fit out works creating new dwellings within a extra care environment. Experience working in occupied or supported housing schemes is essential, and all operatives must be appropriately briefed on safeguarding and site conduct.

Greenwich Builds, Phase 2, Years 2 & 3, Batch 1 - Contractor

Batch 1 of Phase 2, Years 2&3 of the Greenwich Builds Direct Delivery Programme consists of 28 units across the following four schemes; Aberford Gardens (7), Heavitree Close (6), Southwood Road (8) and Westmount Road (7). Greenwich Builds now has planning permission (or will have planning permission at the point that the appointment is made) for the four sites detailed above. Our intention is to construct these sites to supply the Royal Borough of Greenwich with further new homes for affordable rent.
