Description

The consultant team will be required to develop the Strategic Outline Business Case for the Regent 
Street, Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus public realm programme. This will essentially follow the HM Treasury 'Green Book' guidance  , but must also respond and support The Crown Estates' 'Value Creation Framework' and other guiding partner principles (individual or joint).

Stevenage Borough Council are currently seeking tenders for the provision of an accessible financial advice service including specialist housing support. The Council requires the provision of a free, tailored and confidential financial information and advice service within Stevenage. 002360 - Single Person Discount (SPD) Monitoring Service Review

Previously a simple form was completed where the customer signs to confirm they are the only resident adult liable for Council Tax, before SPD is awarded. Whilst this option is still available to customers, from 2017 they can also complete an intelligent online open channel form that transfers to Durham County Council's (DCC) council tax system and automatically updates the liability awarding the discount. This has removed the need for any manual intervention from DCC Awards Officers.
