Lot 2 - Employee Assistance Programmes

The Service Provider will provide online access to Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) Resources and access to confidential face to face or telephone counselling for all employees, either via self or management referral 

All persons referred through either self referral or management referral must be contacted by an appropriate adviser within 48 hours of referral.

24/7, 365 days a year access to support

Provide advisory services for dept./relationships etc.

Counselling services for employees to self refer or management referral
