Description
Cultural heritage sites in Ukraine have experienced significant damage since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Cultural heritage is widely recognised as a contributor to community-building, identity and sense of place. Consequently, damage to heritage can impact the areas of society to which it contributes. We want to understand what has worked, for whom and why when it comes to capacity building. To do this we want to develop a pragmatic and rigorous evaluation of this project. We want to find out what the best evaluation question, approach and methods would be. We want you to undertake a combination of desk-based reviews of existing research and discussions with key stakeholders to identify capacity building activities and an appropriate evaluation approach.
