The University of Bath will be looking to have these surveys completed to 131 buildings (refer to University of Bath Building List) which is a mixture of Academic, Residential, Sports/Leisure/Recreational, Facilities Management and Other buildings. Approximate internal gross areas (m²) have been provided within the University of Bath Building List. Building condition surveys were previously undertaken in 2019. The University can provide summary reports and data sets for each building where required. Structural and building investigation surveys for four blocks of Large Panel Systems (LPS) constructed high rise residential buildings, Hull

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide structural and building investigation surveys and reports with detailed cost estimates of any recommended works for four LPS constructed high-rise residential buildings.
