Luton Council is undertaking a Further / Mini Competition tender ref AT1287 as to the supply only of 2 wheeled plastic wheelie bins PCR15 from ESPO Framework agreement  860-22 refuse & recycling products LOT 1A  

Following a pre selection / qualifying process a number of suppliers from the framework have qualified to bid for the supply of Luton's wheelie bins

And following a compliant evaluation process an award has been made
