WCC - Avon Valley School Extension and Refurbishment

Description

This was procured via a Mini-Competition under Lot 2 of the Constructing West Midlands Framework. 

This was a two-stage Design and Build Procurement. 

The successful bidder will enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) with the Client.

The value provided is an estimate in good faith, and a more accurate cost will be calculated on receipt of the Contractor's Proposal for the works element.

Agreement to enter into a works contract will be conditional upon the performance of the successful bidder during the PCSA stage as well as agreement between the Parties to the Prices and the Contractor's Proposals.
