To complete Water Hazard Risk Assessments (WHRA) across our Commercial Real Estate.
Temporarily out of use and should be made available to inform the risk assessment process).
To undertake water bacteriological sampling legionella, with frequency at offices and residences to be dictated by the WHRA. 
Additional water bacteriological sampling and testing on request to assist with identifying any necessary water treatment remedial action required to be taken.
