Wolverhampton Homes have appointed an organisation to conduct Stock Condition Surveys across their estate following a mini competition pursuant to the terms and conditions of the NHMF Frameworx Asset Management Consultancy Services Framework and the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

The awarded organisation is required to undertake property condition surveys to the Councils Housing dwellings, to comply with the Regulator for Social Housings Consumer Standards and to provide accurate data to inform the Council's investment Programmes. The scope includes arranging appointments with residents, undertaking visits to individual dwellings and submitting reports and photographs in an agreed digital format.

University of Bath_Estate Condition Surveys 25 26

The University of Bath will be looking to have these surveys completed to 131 buildings (refer to University of Bath Building List) which is a mixture of Academic, Residential, Sports/Leisure/Recreational, Facilities Management and Other buildings. Approximate internal gross areas (m²) have been provided within the University of Bath Building List. Building condition surveys were previously undertaken in 2019. The University can provide summary reports and data sets for each building where required. The results of the surveys are to be entered into the University’s PlanOn IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) software package so that they can be used by the University for the ongoing maintenance and management of the Estate. Written reports are required for each building broken down by Building Fabric, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. These should give a commentary on the results of each survey.
