Description

This procurement is for an open framework for the delivery of residential and nursing care services in new care home accommodation with care and nursing provided in a care home setting. 
In 2023, the Council published its Supported and Specialist Housing Strategy, Cornwall Supported & Specialist Housing Strategy 2023-2050 which sets out the future demand for services. This procurement tender exercise is for the care services for new care home schemes in strategic locations across Cornwall to meet the demand set out in the Specialist and Supported Housing Strategy and Market Position Statement. The Authority is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified providers of regulated care home services who will bring forward new care home accommodation to be appointed to the open framework. 
The NHS Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board shall be entitled to access any care services ordered under this Framework.

Warwickshire County Council (the Council) is looking for a lead, or sole provider with expertise in delivering services that support children and young people and their families and carers with their emotional wellbeing and mental health. (25 with SEND and who have an EHCP) • Children and young people in Warwickshire only • The 'getting advice and getting help' part of the Thrive model • Being primarily focused on early intervention and prevention • Support for professionals and parents/carers to support children and young people. • advice guidance and signposting • Support for children requiring mild to moderate levels of intervention • Being delivered across the whole of Warwickshire and provide community drop ins. The service will be delivered in the community in accessible settings to children and their families. It will be delivered at different times of the day, evenings and weekends to suit children and their families. The service should deliver in at least the following five areas: • Stratford Upon Avon • Rugby • Nuneaton and Bedworth • North Warwickshire • Warwick

North Northamptonshire Council (NNC), in partnership with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), is seeking to establish a framework for the provision of care and support within supported accommodation for Individuals with needs related to mental health and / or autism in North Northamptonshire. The support offered under this Framework in short-term accommodation includes care and support which is based around a step-down model for individuals, where key progression aims inclusive of skill acquisition, independence and re-familiarisation with the individual's own community is supported. The Framework aims to support individuals, some of whom may have spent long periods of time in long stay hospital settings as an example, to reacquaint themselves with the community The following Lots detail the Services to be initially procured: • Lot 1 - Supported Accommodation for Individuals with Mental Health Needs- Recovery Pathway 1 (a) - Standard 1 (b) - Enhanced • Lot 2- Supported Accommodation Services for Autistic Individuals 2 (a) - Standard 2 (b) - Enhanced The Council is setting up the Framework Agreement for an initial period of 48 months, with the option to extend for two additional periods of 12 months each, for a maximum duration of 72 months (4+1+1 years). The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Contract and this procurement is conducted via open process in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
