Description

The contract covers for the provision of asbestos surveying services including the analysis of samples taken. The objective of the contract is to receive accurate and timely survey information to assist the council in managing its building and housing stock in a safe and effective manner. This contract will also assist in meeting the council’s obligations as duty holder under the Control of Asbestos Regulations. Lot 1 – Corporate Asbestos Surveys (CAMPUS) The council has approx. 681 corporate sites set in various locations throughout the county of the East Riding of Yorkshire, which are required to be safely managed for asbestos. £95,000 per annum / £570,000 over 6 years Lot 2 – Housing Asbestos Surveys (Active H) The council has approx. 11,600 housing properties set in various locations throughout the county of the East Riding of Yorkshire, which are required to be safely managed for asbestos. £405,000 per annum / £2,430,000 over 6 years

Procure Plus are a value focused, not for profit company that specialises in the procurement of goods and services related to both the new build, repair, and maintenance of predominantly social housing properties. Procure Plus wishes to procure and enter into a framework for building safety and compliance works, and associated consultancy services to be carried out on or within social housing properties and properties across the wider public sector. The framework covers both consultancy services and works. The consultancy services include fire risk assessments, Fire Risk Appraisal of External Walls (FRAEW), building safety consultancy. Procure Plus reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any time and not to proceed with all or part of the Framework. Plymouth CAST Provision of Statutory Testing, Servicing and Reactive Repair Services

The Client is seeking to appoint a single Principal Contractor to deliver the full scope of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) outlined in the specification, which includes: a. This approach is intended to ensure streamlined communication, efficient contract management, and clear accountability throughout the duration of the agreement.
