As part of the UK Government’s Get Britain Working agenda, Buckinghamshire Council has been working in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions to develop the key supported employment programme Connect to Work. 
Connect to Work will depend on successful partnerships with referral partners, employers, employability providers and community services.  The support to be made available aligns with local work, health and skills provision to enable individuals to reach their potential through different opportunities, and for employers to grow.
Through this tender, we seek to appoint one delivery partner with a proven track record of delivering effective supported employment programmes so that participants with complex barriers can access sustainable employment, employers may access a new pool of talent, and through this, our economy will thrive.

This Challenge seeks innovative, user-centred solutions that focus on people who may have some access to devices or connectivity but face barriers in using digital services safely and effectively. Proposals should address varied user needs, helping individuals engage with services including financial tools, education and employment. Connectivity and devices matter - but skills and confidence are critical to unlocking meaningful digital inclusion.

Framework for Foundational learning and development programme in Operational Meteorology for the Met Office (FOMP)

The Met Office wishes to commission a Single Supplier Framework using the Open Procedure for up to a maximum of four years with the value up to £5,000,000 (excl. VAT). The Met Office is seeking to contract with a single organisation or consortium group to help co-develop and co-deliver a foundational Operational Meteorology training programme through this single supplier framework.
