Description

Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a call-off contract to Bell Group Limited to provision of removal and eradication of damp and mould and associated services relating to HHSRS category 1 remedial works across Rooftop Housing Association Limited's portfolio of housing stock, the majority of which is located in Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire. As the implementation of The Hazards in Social Housing (Prescribed Requirements) (England) Regulations 2025 ('Awaab's Law') approaches, this contract is required to supplement existing provision from the incumbent primary supplier in order to meet demand and ensure compliance with the timeframes set out by the new legislation. The work will be ad hoc due to the nature of the contract and there will no stated volumes of work or obligation to spend.
This contract was procured as a direct award under Lot 8 of Fusion 21's Building Improvements Framework 2024-28 (Contract Notice 2023/S 000-025888). Contract period is from 08 September 2025 to 30 June 2026.
