Description

Totally Local Company is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractors to be appointed to a Framework Agreement for Street Lighting Installation and Maintenance, Annual Seasonal Lighting Installation and Removal, and Manufacture and Provision of Highways Signage.
Totally Local Company are a major service provider in the Street Lighting Industry.  Sudden demands can affect our ability to deliver works within the timescales laid down within contracts being undertaken. To ensure Totally Local Company meet all our clients' expectations, Totally Local Company Limited will require a Framework Agreement across each Lot to assist in scheme delivery and reactive maintenance.
This framework will consist of three Lots which providers can tender for:
Lot 1 - Street Lighting Installation and Maintenance
Lot 2 - Annual Seasonal Lighting Installation and Removal
Lot 3 - Manufacture and Provision of Highways Signage
Totally Local Company will award to the 2 highest scoring Framework Contractors per lot.

No submission received after the closing date and time will be accepted other than where there are exceptional circumstances which may be considered by the Director of STAR Procurement in their sole discretion.  Please note that tender submissions which are only partly uploaded at the closing date and time will be considered to have not been received and will be rejected by the Council.

Main Contractors Framework 2026

LSHTM Framework for Main Contractors, to procure works across all campuses of its estate, broken out into the following Lots: Lot 1 – Main Contractor - Carry out construction projects, either as traditional single stage or design and build. Lot 2 – Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) Contractor – Predominantly in relation to either large plant replacement, or large scale replacement of for instance light fittings, or distribution pipework but may also cover simple external and internal refurbishment works. Due to the criticality of these research activities an ability to react and resource promptly to address technical issues that threaten research continuity is required.
