Description

This procurement is for the provision of services related to a contact centre telephony solution for customers of our services within the North Somerset and surrounding areas such as Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset, Sedgemoor local / unitary authorities and also in the Swindon area (such as SN1 to SN5, SN25 and SN26 postcodes). The main office location of AHG is in Portishead, North Somerset.
      
      This tender is issued by NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, known as 'The Alliance Homes Group'. This tender and any resulting contract may be utilised by any member or future member of the Alliance Homes Group, or by any shared services or partnership arrangement or group of which a member of the Alliance Homes Group is currently or in the future a member of, or by any members current or future of such an arrangement or group.
      
      This procurement is being tendered in accordance with the Restricted Procedure of The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR 2015") and as such will comprise of two stages. The intention is that the top five scoring Potential Providers at the Selection Stage will be invited to submit a full tender.
      
      The duration of the resulting contract will be the period of implementation to go-live of the portal (duration to be confirmed) plus four years from the date of go-live. Beyond this there will also be the possibility of one further extension of two years.
      
      AHG intends on announcing an outcome to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) on 30th May 2025 with the new telephony system to go live on 1st March 2026.

IT Neutral Vendor

This Framework Contract will adopt a Neutral Vendor Managed Service model to offer a 'one stop shop' for all in scope ICT goods and services based on the Framework CPV codes. The Neutral Vendor will act a single interface between the Customer and the Supply Chain. The planned procurement notice and the tender process are being run using 'parent' level CPV codes. It should be assumed all relevant 'child'/sub codes will be covered under the contract.
