We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced contractors to tender for carrying out internal residential fit out works creating new dwellings within a extra care environment. The aim is to create new dwellings, to our required standards, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations. Contractors must be sensitive to the environment, ensuring minimal disruption, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and demonstrating excellent communication and professionalism at all times. Experience working in occupied or supported housing schemes is essential, and all operatives must be appropriately briefed on safeguarding and site conduct.

Greenwich Builds, Phase 2, Years 2 & 3, Batch 1 - Contractor

Batch 1 of Phase 2, Years 2&3 of the Greenwich Builds Direct Delivery Programme consists of 28 units across the following four schemes; Aberford Gardens (7), Heavitree Close (6), Southwood Road (8) and Westmount Road (7). Greenwich Builds now has planning permission (or will have planning permission at the point that the appointment is made) for the four sites detailed above. Our intention is to construct these sites to supply the Royal Borough of Greenwich with further new homes for affordable rent.
