The Diocese of Norwich Education Services Company (DoNESC) is carrying out a procurement exercise on the behalf of DNEAT to create a new learning building extension to the existing Year R and Nursery classroom to install a new lobby/boot room and toilet facility suitable for the age range. This project is required to start in January 2025 and hand over to the academy by 9th April 2025. This project is funded via a Department of Education grant or £150,000.00 which the project must not exceed.

Priory View - Cladding Remediation Works

Cladding remediation works to Priory View, Dunstable. Works are to deliver cladding remediation under the Cladding Safety Scheme not limited to: • Replacement of insulation material and installation of cavity barriers, inclusive removing and reinstating spandrel panels • Removal of combustible timber materials and replacement with non-combustible materials including: o Timber cladding o Decking boards o Brise soleil • Works to render details • Works to ventilation and ducting details on the façade • Works to remediate balcony build ups to remove as much combustible material as possible to reduce fire load and reinstate with non-combustible materials. The overall objective of the scheme is to attain a low rating on reinspection by a façade engineer under and update FRAEW (Fire Risk Assessment External Works) report. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. Last date for receiving questions on the In-Tend system: 24th October 2025.
