We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced contractors to tender for carrying out internal residential fit out works creating new dwellings within a extra care environment. Batch 1 of Phase 2, Years 2&3 of the Greenwich Builds Direct Delivery Programme consists of 28 units across the following four schemes; Aberford Gardens (7), Heavitree Close (6), Southwood Road (8) and Westmount Road (7).
