Description
The Natural History Museum intends to procure a contractor to install 8x new security key cabinets across the NHM sites at South Kensington and Wandsworth. The scope of works will include the removal of 7x existing cabinets, design, supply and installation of 8x new cabinets, and arranging for the transfer of all keys and data from the old system to the new system. All works must be completed by February 2026. In order to participate in the tender exercise for Security Key Cabinets Replacement, an NDA must be signed by an appropriate representative of the tendering company and returned to the Museum for countersignature. Once the NDA has been completed by both parties, it will be sent to tenderers for record keeping. The tenderer will then be added to the Tenderbox stage, where the tender documents will be made available.
