Description

HSE are inviting recruitment agencies to submit candidates for these 4 roles subject to the following conditions:
•	Maximum offered salary to any successful applicant will be £73,500
•	All candidates must apply directly via Civil Service Jobs - HSE will not accept applications via any other method (such as email)
•	For each candidate submitted, the agency must send an email containing written consent from the candidate confirming that the agency has permission to represent them.  This email should be sent to [email protected]
•	Should there be a conflict then HSE will contact the candidate directly to confirm which agency the candidate consents to represent them
•	Fixed fee of £12,500 plus VAT per placed candidate
•	Fee to be invoiced on candidate start date
•	Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date
•	Should the candidate leave, rebate terms are: 100% of fee - within the first 4 weeks, 50% of fee - within weeks 5-8, 25% of fee - within weeks 9-12

Connect to Work - Individual Placement and Support Pathway Oxfordshire

Enterprise Oxfordshire, alongside Oxfordshire Employment, is supporting the Oxfordshire Connect to Work programme, together with Oxfordshire County Council, with funding provided from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The Connect to Work programme will take a collaborative, locally-led approach to tackling 'hidden unemployment'. It will help connect local work, health and skills support. The funding provides a coherent, systematic and joined up approach to maximise the benefits available for individuals and local communities. Connect to Work is the first major element in the new Get Britain Working Strategy which aims to support people into good, sustainable work. It is a voluntary programme to help tackle economic inactivity by providing a specific form of support targeted at the right people at the right time, based on their individual circumstances. Enterprise Oxfordshire will be responsible for the delivery of the Individual Placement Support (IPS) pathway in conjunction with local-centric delivery partner(s) who will be procured and managed by Enterprise Oxfordshire through this procurement. Enterprise Oxfordshire will manage fidelity on behalf of its own delivery and that of its delivery partner(s), retaining team leader and programme manager resource to ensure quality and project and participant management as well as being responsible for finance, administration, compliance, etc. for the IPS pathway. We anticipate that 1,400 to 1,500 participants will be supported through the IPS pathway over the duration of the project. Enterprise Oxfordshire has £3,657,233 to procure the IPS pathway Employment Advisor delivery. Contracts will run from November 2025 to 31 March 2030, with an optional 12 to 24 month extension period. N.B. Support to participants is expected to commence in January 2026.

Following preliminary market engagement, we are now tendering to establish a framework agreement with a recruitment advertising agency to serve seven of the UK National Park Authorities.

Open Framework for the Connect to Work Programme across Greater Lincolnshire

n Spring 2024, Government launched a programme to support people who are economically inactive due to health conditions, disability or complex barriers back to work. The supported employment programme, entitled Connect to Work, is being launched by Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) in partnership with local authority clusters, to provide specific support targeted at the right people, at the right time and based on an individual's circumstances. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) are committed to delivering the Connect to Work scheme across Greater Lincolnshire via a combination of in-house and external partner support. LCC are seeking to launch an Open Framework for the provision for the Connect to Work programme. The Open Framework will be accessible to the following public sector bodies: - Lincolnshire County Council - North East Lincolnshire Council - North Lincolnshire Council Connect to Work is the first programme under the Government's new Get Britain Working Strategy. The programme will be a voluntary, high-fidelity Supported Employment programme, connecting work, health and skills support across all of England and Wales. Appointed providers will be required to adhere to the principles and five stages of the Supported Employment Model as set out by the Department for Work and Pensions. Full details of the Supported Employment Model along with the Council's requirements can be found in Document 2: Specification. The Framework will run for a period of four years commencing 1st November 2025. There will be an option for the Council to extend the Contract by a period of up to a further four years. It is anticipated that the Framework will be opened up annually to allow new market entrants to join. Details of estimated expenditure or potential future uptake are given in good faith as a guide to anticipated funding provided by Department for Work and Pensions. They should not be interpreted as a guarantee and do not form part of a Contract.
