The service includes curriculum development, recruitment and selection of participants, event organisation, and ongoing collaboration with the East of England Deanery. The programme will offer 80 places annually, with 70 reserved for Resident Doctors and 10 for eligible SAS doctors, reflecting a strategic expansion to accommodate growing demand and ensure inclusivity across the region.
