NHS England seeks to commission academic partnership services deliver the Chief Nursing Officer’s (CNO) Safer Staffing Fellowship programme beyond March 2026. This Masters-level workforce planning, delivery and assurance programme has been instrumental in embedding a sustainable, evidence-based approach to safer staffing across NHS organisations in England. As the existing contract concludes on 31 March 2026, NHS England requires a new academic partner to ensure continuity of this nationally recognised and highly valued Fellowship. The programme supports senior nurses and midwives in leading safe, effective and productive staffing practices, aligned with national policy, strategic workforce planning, and the ambitions of the Long Term Workforce Plan.

BCU-FTS-60166- A Universal All Age Mental Health, Wellbeign and Resilience Package of Intervention with Built in Training

The CAMHS Programme is seeking to purchase a license to deliver a bilingual, evidence based, mental health resilience package of intervention, with training to support the delivery of the intervention. The license must cover Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) staff who meet defined requirements to deliver the evidence-based training package(s) to other professionals, children and young people, families and trusted adults across a range of settings within the North Wales region. The purchase of the license must also include options to purchase physical training resources e.g., training manuals and workbooks as and when required during the license agreement. Dedicated training resources must also be available on an online bilingual platform or equivalent which is accessible to all users with approved access. Invitation to Tender for Curriculum Subject Drafters ( Lot 10 - DfE ECSC Framework)

THIS IS A CALL FOR COMPETITION The Department for Education (DfE) has published this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Curriculum Subject Experts through the Educational and Children's Social Care (ECSC) Framework. This notice is to announce the launch of Lot 10: Curriculum Subject Drafters, a new, additional lot, through the ECSC for National Curriculum Subject Drafters, in anticipation of work, likely to commence in Autumn 2025, to revise the National Curriculum Programmes of Study and qualifications subject content including GCSE/A level following the publication of the final report of the Curriculum and Assessment Review. Subject to the Secretary of State acceptance of the Review recommendations, any Subject Drafters appointed will support the DfE to draft National Curriculum Programmes of Study across key stages and/or subject content for qualifications including GCSE and A level. They may also be asked to support with the development of subject content for AS levels. Subject Drafters will require substantial expertise in and experience of teaching and leading their subject, understanding of pedagogical approaches, curriculum planning including how to effectively sequence and structure content to support excellent teaching; and/or knowledge/experience of developing similar material for a curriculum or academic qualification. They will need to know how the subject is currently taught in schools, and, responding to Review recommendations, communicate clearly what teachers need to know to teach the subject effectively. Interested suppliers are invited to submit tenders during the window from 16 September to 14 October 2025. Appointment to Lot 10 will be contingent upon meeting the published award criteria and successfully completing the evaluation process. Work will be allocated to contractors appointed to the framework via a call-off process, either through direct award or further competition, as set out in Schedule 3. Please note that appointment to the ECSC framework does not guarantee the allocation of any work.
