This Service will deliver information, advice and support for unpaid adult and parent carers in Leeds in a range of different methods, to best improve outcomes for the diverse needs of unpaid adult and parent carers. The service should be provided flexibly to maximise the offer and reach, by utilising asset-based community development and taking a collaborative approach with key stakeholders and partners across the city. The service will act as an expert advisor around unpaid carers to inform and influence strategic plans and transformation programmes, including through active participation within key partnerships and boards. 1.2.4 The service will collaborate closely with statutory services, including adult social care, to enhance awareness of unpaid carers and ensure equitable provision.

Domestic Abuse Refuge and Refuge Based Support Services for Women and Children

Durham County Council is seeking to commission a comprehensive and trauma-informed domestic abuse refuges and refuge support service that meets the diverse needs of women (and their dependent children if applicable) affected by domestic abuse and who are seeking safe accommodation from high-risk domestic abuse situations. The aim of the service is to provide temporary safe accommodation within a refuge setting to victim-survivors of domestic abuse (and any dependent children/young people that are accommodated) that improves the safety, harm reduction, recovery and wellbeing of the victim-survivors. The commissioned service(s) should have a strong focus on partnership working and community engagement. We welcome proposals from experienced providers who can demonstrate a commitment to survivor-led approaches, multi-agency collaboration, and continuous improvement. The successful provider will play a vital role in helping us create a safe and supportive environment for those impacted by domestic abuse. The opportunity is issued as multiple Lot contract based on geographical locations. Suppliers can bid for a maximum of two geographical areas/lots. Geographical Area Number of Units Lot 1 North Durham 9 Lot 2 South Durham 8 Lot 3 East Durham 6 Lot 4 Central Durham 9 It should be noted that whilst premises that exceed the minimum required number of units detailed above may bid/be successful in contract award, the total annual settlement (the annual contract value) will remain as specified in the Tender documents. Permitted Changes to Contract: Funding for these services is reliant upon the continued availability of funds from both the Council's core budget and Domestic Abuse Act Part 4 funding received from the MHCLG. Funding amounts and sources are uncertain over the contract term and therefore DCC may need to invoke either contract modifications or termination as permitted under the relevant sections of the contract terms and conditions. At the Council's discretion, should the Council acquire further funding, including from different sources, additional services may be required and may slightly differ to that detailed above but will fall under the remit of domestic abuse refuges and/or refuge-based support services. The Council reserves the right to apply inflationary uplifts to the contract value at its sole discretion and will be based upon the availability of funding and commissioning priorities. The Council reserves the right to modify the service specification if new legislation and/or guidance re. domestic abuse refuges and/or refuge-based support services is published by the Government. If a successful bidder's contract is terminated, either at the Council's or the provider's discretion, the council has the discretion to approach one or all of the other successful bidders to offer them the opportunity to deliver refuge and refuge-based support services in this geographical area OR go to market for a new supplier.

Provision of Families First Early Intervention & Prevention Services for Children, Young People & Families

Neath Port Talbot Council invite tenders from suitably experienced and capable providers for the Provision of Families First Early Intervention & Prevention Services for Children, Young People & Families as part of the Welsh Government Families First programme delivery in Neath Port Talbot (NPT). The tender opportunity consists of the following three lots. Lot 1 Emotional Health & Wellbeing: The primary objectives of the service are to enhance the emotional health and wellbeing of children, young people, and families, through the provision of early intervention and prevention services to reduce the risk of emotional and mental health issues. The service is intended to provide a range of interventions to support improved emotional and mental wellbeing in children, young people and families across the tiers of need identified for Families First. The service should complement and provide additionality to other existing services, such as School Based Counselling, CAMHS, In-Reach, other school based social and emotional interventions. This should include delivery of a service outside of school hours, including school holidays and closures. Lot 2 Health & Positive Relationships: The primary purpose of the service is to provide preventative messages to children and young people, promoting healthy relationships and safe online behaviours, and to support parents/carers to help keep their children safe online. The service will work across the tiers of need identified for Families First. Lot 3 Support for Families with an Additional Learning Needs: The primary purpose of the service is to provide integrated, family-focused support to children and young people with an ALN and their families, across the tiers of need identified for Families First. The service will enhance their well-being and social inclusion by addressing the unique challenges they face. The contract period shall be for two years from 1st April 2026 with an option for a one year extension. TUPE may apply across all lots. There are no restrictions on the number of lots a tenderer can apply for or be awarded.

Pseudo Open Framework for Professional Services in Children's Social Care - Round 5

This is the 5th application round for the Council's requirement to procure a Pseudo Open Framework for Professional Services in Children's Social Care under which it shall procure the following services under the following lots (which corresponds with the council's main areas of spend); - Lot 1 - Independent Specialist Assessments (included Drug and Alcohol Testing) - Lot 2 - Therapeutic Support - Lot 3 - Support to families (contact, welfare visits) Within the Public Contracts Regulations (2015) (PCR 2015), there is a Light Touch Regime (LTR) for certain education, health and social care contracts. This is where we have more flexibility to modify the procurement process to meet service needs. In order to be clear where we are using a modified process, rather than the procedure defined in PCR 2015 the use term "pseudo" is used. Estimated value is the total value as stated in the initial set up the Pseudo Framework for the original full term.
