Description

COMHAD supports both Bromley mental health and Bromley substance misuse services that enable the long-term recovery, rehabilitation, and social re-integration of people in Bromley affected by co-occurring substance use and mental ill health.
COMHAD is a small element of a wider mental health service but an important pathway as it avoids excluding people because of their alcohol/drug use. COMHAD also provides a pathway for those who may otherwise be excluded from drug and alcohol treatment services due to their mental health issues.
Residents with COMHAD challenges represent a significant proportion of the treatment population across both the mental health service (Oxleas) and the substance use service. Effective collaboration between these services is essential to achieving the best outcomes for individuals accessing support.

NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) (Croydon Place) is seeking to commission Long-Term Conditions (LTC) Community Outreach, Expert Patient Programme (EPP), LTC Self-Management and Pentathlon Healthy Lifestyle Programme Services. Since 2020, the LTC Community Outreach and Expert Patients Programme has been focussing on prevention, early identification and improved management of LTCs in Croydon with the aim to raise awareness with people who do not regularly access GPs or local NHS services. With the population in Croydon with two or more long term conditions at 23% and set to increase, a collaborative approach across all long-term conditions is key to manage, support and prevent increases in the number of Long-Term Conditions and the costs associated with that to health and the individual. The aims of the LTC community outreach and EPP programme are to deliver cost-effective, culturally competent, and preventative community health interventions that address the health inequalities in Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities which constitute circa 50% of SWL ICB's core20 communities, particularly in deprived and underserved wards such as Thornton Heath and New Addington. In particular the LTC community out-reach health and wellbeing checks, Pentathlon healthy lifestyle courses and Expert Patient Programme (EPP) LTC self-management course are anticipated to: • Support raising grass roots awareness of LTC risk and risk factors and support people to adopt healthier lifestyles to reduce the risks of LTC, support early identification and diagnosis and self-management in key Croydon communities. • Empower patients with LTCs to feel more confident in managing their own condition and keep them active and engaged in their lives. • Tackle health inequalities and increase uptake from hard-to-reach groups. The Contract is expected to commence in April 2026 for an initial period of 2 years. The contract may be extended for an additional period of 1 year at the sole discretion of the Authority. Drive Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention - CPA/SPU/2667P

UK4 Tender notice Cheshire Constabulary would like to partner with a Provider to deliver a ‘Drive’ Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Intervention across Cheshire for an initial 18- month period. Funding to the PCC for Cheshire has been confirmed for the initial mobilisation and delivery of The Drive Project for the financial years 2025-2026 and 2026-27, however the exact allocation of funding is yet to be advised and in addition, will be pro-rated for year 1. Each year more than 100,000 people in the UK are at high and imminent risk of being murdered or seriously injured because of domestic abuse. Services rightly focus on meeting the needs of victims, but too often perpetrators are not held to account, and their abusive behaviour continues. Less than 1% of perpetrators get a specialist intervention that might prevent future abusive behaviour and as a result there is a high level of repeat victimization with the same victim or future partners / family members. To deliver long term sustainable change and reduce the number of victims – we must challenge perpetrators to stop. The intervention seeks to reduce offending in a high risk, high harm cohort of perpetrators. The anticipated contract value of £1.6m provided in this notice is based on the maximum annual allocation of funding for a full year of delivery, multiplied up to match the maximum contract duration. Year 1 funding will be pro-rata’d, however the actual amounts for year 1 and year 2 are yet to be confirmed. As this is grant funding, extension for years 3 and/or 4 and values are not guaranteed. Preliminary market engagement has not been conducted for this procurement, therefore a UK2 preliminary market engagement notice is not applicable. Family Link Worker Service

The Family Link Worker Service is one element of additional support, made available to Lead Practitioners in Dorset Council’s Family Help teams and external Early Support partners who are supporting families in need, within the community. The Family Link Worker service provides intensive, hands-on support to families in their homes. A Preliminary Market Engagement Event was held on 09 July 2025 in relation to this procurement. This is an open procedure in accordance with section 20(1) and (2)(a) of the Procurement Act 2023. The procedure does not allow for refining of the award criteria, and there is no scope to negotiate. The Contracting Authority has not designed this contract to include Contract Lots. This being based on whether it is possible to deliver the contract under more than one contract and if so, how it might best be achieved in accordance with Section 18 of the Procurement Act 2023. The contract will be for an initial 12 months, with three optional 12-month extension periods (1+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance and funding, giving a potential total contract period of 4 years. The estimated annual contract value is £220,500 with a total contract value of £882,000 if all extensions are taken.
