Description

The Service will deliver information, advice and support for unpaid adult and parent carers in Leeds in a range of different methods, to reach and improve outcomes for the varied needs of unpaid adult and parent carers. 
The service should be provided flexibly utilising asset-based community development and taking a collaborative approach with key stakeholders and partners across the city to maximise the reach into all communities in Leeds, including ethnically diverse 
communities. 
The service will act as an expert advisor around unpaid carers to inform and influence strategic plans and transformation programmes, including through active participation 
within key partnerships and boards. 
The service will collaborate closely with statutory services, including adult social care, to enhance awareness of unpaid carers and ensure equitable provision.
The annual value is £1,422,983.

Lot 2 Health & Positive Relationships: The primary purpose of the service is to provide preventative messages to children and young people, promoting healthy relationships and safe online behaviours, and to support parents/carers to help keep their children safe online. The service will work across the tiers of need identified for Families First. Lot 3 Support for Families with an Additional Learning Needs: The primary purpose of the service is to provide integrated, family-focused support to children and young people with an ALN and their families, across the tiers of need identified for Families First. The service will enhance their well-being and social inclusion by addressing the unique challenges they face. The contract period shall be for two years from 1st April 2026 with an option for a one year extension. TUPE may apply across all lots. There are no restrictions on the number of lots a tenderer can apply for or be awarded.

North Northamptonshire Council (NNC), in partnership with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), is seeking to establish a framework for the provision of care and support within supported accommodation for Individuals with needs related to mental health and / or autism in North Northamptonshire. The support offered under this Framework in short-term accommodation includes care and support which is based around a step-down model for individuals, where key progression aims inclusive of skill acquisition, independence and re-familiarisation with the individual's own community is supported. The Framework aims to support individuals, some of whom may have spent long periods of time in long stay hospital settings as an example, to reacquaint themselves with the community The following Lots detail the Services to be initially procured: • Lot 1 - Supported Accommodation for Individuals with Mental Health Needs- Recovery Pathway 1 (a) - Standard 1 (b) - Enhanced • Lot 2- Supported Accommodation Services for Autistic Individuals 2 (a) - Standard 2 (b) - Enhanced The Council is setting up the Framework Agreement for an initial period of 48 months, with the option to extend for two additional periods of 12 months each, for a maximum duration of 72 months (4+1+1 years). The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Contract and this procurement is conducted via open process in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023.
