Description: Expressions of interest are invited from contractors experienced in the repair of historic buildings. The PQQ will be issued by KMPS Parish Council on request. The four highest scoring contractors will be invited to tender. The works to Peckleton Village Hall will replace the existing suspended timber floor with a new suspended concrete floor.

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (the Council) (ADC), Ashfield District Council is seeking tenders for a single Contractor to undertake general building repairs and maintenance work to properties throughout the District of Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. The Authority's detailed requirements are set out in the specification of works. The quantities contained in the Schedule of Rates section of this document are provided as provisional quantities only. This contract is monitored by the completion of post work inspections and on occasions ADC may undertake Tenant surveys.
