Leicester City Council wishes to commission a Leicester Children and Young People's Health and Wellbeing Survey 2025/26 (the 'Service').
The design, execution and reporting of a children and young people's health and wellbeing survey. The survey will provide a high quality cross-sectional snapshot of health and wellbeing beliefs, behaviours and experiences among 10-16 year olds in Leicester. The themes and presentational style of the survey will be in line with previous local surveys.The survey shall be of children aged 10 to 16 years attending schools in the Leicester local authority area. Targeting the academic year groups six (10 to 11 year olds), eight (12 to 13 year olds) and ten (14 to 15 year olds) in Leicester primary, secondary, and special schools. Questions will be primarily focused on health and wellbeing themes, including the wider determinants of health, with some additional questions on issues of contemporary relevance. Questions will be designed appropriately for the age cohort and school type.
This is a one year contract with no extensions to run from November 24th 2025 to November 23rd 2026.

The Services covered by this contract are for Individuals who have a Learning Disability, Mental Health Needs and/or who are Autistic, and who have been assessed as having eligible needs under the Care Act. The Council act as the lead commissioner for these services, in partnership with Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB). Dental Electronic Referral Management System Services (DeRMS)

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS England - North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (the Contracting Authority) who are undertaking an Open Procedure to commission a Dental Electronic Referral Management System Service for the North East of England under Atamis Reference NHSE1065. The awarding of this contract is subject to The Procurement Act 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Provider Selection Regime 2023 and/ or Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract term is for an initial period of 5 years commencing on 01 July 2026, with an option to extend for a further 2 years at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.
