Karibu Community Homes is seeking delivery partners to provide reliable and high-quality Estates Services across its housing stock. The contract will run for an initial five-year term, with an estimated annual value of c. £500,000. Bassetlaw District Council are seeking suppliers who are able to carry out daily and weekly cleaning services to the 3 below buildings. Each building will be awarded separately under its own lot; suppliers can bid on one or more lots. An overview of the services is included in the below summaries. The Bridge Skills Hub: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: The Bridge Skills Hub, Bridge Court, Bridge Place, Worksop, S80 1DT. This will include cleaning of classrooms, offices, meeting room, 2 suites, kitchens, shower areas, communal area and toilets. Retford Enterprise Centre: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: 11 Randall Way, Retford, DN22 7GR This will include cleaning in two buildings, REC 1 and REC 2 over two floors in each building.
