Description

The Client requires Fire Compartmentation And Fire Stopping Works to be carried out at 3 sites owned/ managed mainly in Malin Lodge, Christopher Pickering lodge, Broadway Manor sites. 

The contract is a direct award via EN:PROCURE - FRAMEWORK FOR INSTALLATION, SERVICING, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKS (GEN4) dated 26th February 2024 with OJEU award reference 24/S 000-033141 of Lot 21A - Fire Compartmentation works (Yorkshire & Humberside). Contract starts from 27th August 2025 and Completion date of works is 31st March 2026.

Greenwich Builds, Phase 2, Years 2 & 3, Batch 1 - Contractor

Batch 1 of Phase 2, Years 2&3 of the Greenwich Builds Direct Delivery Programme consists of 28 units across the following four schemes; Aberford Gardens (7), Heavitree Close (6), Southwood Road (8) and Westmount Road (7).
