The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for cladding repairs on the Alfred Denny building. Scope of Requirement: The works comprise external fabric repairs to the University of Sheffield Alfred Denny Building, including but not limited to the repointing, cladding repairs and replacement of copings to parapet walls and associated fabric repairs. Closing date for receipt of tenders: 3rd October 2025 at 12 noon (UK time).
