Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) intends to launch a competitive tender in the near future for the provision of online sexual health testing services.
The service will include the supply of STI testing kits, laboratory processing, digital result reporting, Oral contraception, EHC, and integration with local sexual health pathways. Providers must demonstrate robust clinical governance, data protection compliance, and user accessibility.

Prior notices relating to this procurement are 2025/S 000-004106 The main objective of this Framework Agreement is to provide a compliant route to market for Managed Neutral Vendor Services providers, to provide a holistic approach to the provision of the day-to-day service provision, service management responsibilities and functions.
