Description

As part of good practice in reporting principles and under HMT requirements (The financial reporting manual (FReM)) we are required to produce a high-quality Annual Report which offers transparency and understandability. The ARC and the PAC have been clear in their feedback that we need to continue to improve the readability of our Annual Report through the use of infographics as a tool to present complex data in a clear way and avoid having large sections of narrative which can hinder readability.

Job Grading and Job Evaluation Services

ICRIR are currently operating a bespoke approach to grading roles around 5 levels. Whilst there are no obvious immediate grading or equal pay issues, the organisation is growing quickly and substantially, and we want to review our current approaches and consider whether it remains fit for purpose in the me-dium term. Regardless of the future approach, we wish to ensure that the ICRIR has a defensible and non-discriminatory basis for grading and pay deci-sions and clarity and transparency around job sizes with staff and stakehold-ers. Against this background and context, we are now considering whether now might be an opportune time to introduce a more appropriate job evaluation tool to measure the job demands of ICRIR roles.

Workplace Innovation Leadership Development Programme

Scottish Enterprise is commissioning a Framework Agreement to deliver its Workplace Innovation Leadership Development Programme. Our Workplace Innovation Leadership Development Programme supports the ongoing development of business leaders at all levels and stages of experience. Delivered under a framework agreement with multiple suppliers across the Scottish Enterprise area, the programme plays a key role in cultivating leadership capability and innovation within businesses. The Framework will comprise of four separate single supplier lots as detailed below: Lot 1 – Transformational Leadership Lot 2 – Innovating Leadership: AI, Data & Emerging Tech Lot 3 – Growth Through Risk & Ambition Lot 4 – Leadership in Times of Geopolitical & Economic Volatility Bidders may bid for more than one lot but can only be awarded one lot, unless there are no other acceptable bids. In such cases, a bidder may be awarded more than one lot. It is anticipated that the Framework will start on 6 April 2026 for a period of 24 months. After this period, Scottish Enterprise will have the option to extend the contract for a further 2 periods of 12 months each.
