Description

The contract covers the Routine Maintenance Works, Urgent Repairs, Emergency Call Outs and Annual Inspection and Examinations of Door Entry systems on sites owned or occupied by Maryhill Housing.
The work is to include for the repairing or replacing of any item, including equipment found to be faulty when undertaking annual servicing or maintenance.
The Contractor shall be required to carry out any works associated with the reactive repairs i.e. joinery, plumbing, tiling, electrical etc. and shall be responsible for the co-ordination and management of trades.

Oldham Council is seeking to create a temporary accommodation (TA) framework for Nightly Paid consisting of highly skilled, socially aware and reputable providers to assist with the delivery of statutory temporary accommodation provision under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996. Bidders are invited to bid for all lots in it's entirety or one or more lots, provided they can deliver on the general requirements.
