The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) has created a Framework Agreement to meet the needs of public sector organisations and their agencies and bodies, registered housing providers, Community Interest Groups, education providers and third sector organisations (the 'Contracting Authorities') for requirements covering the retrofit of domestic public and private properties in England with Energy Efficiency Measures and low carbon technology.

London Campus Planned Preventative Maintenance Contract

The University of Staffordshire is seeking tenders for the provision of maintenance services to the London Campus for a period of 2 years with an option to extend by up to 3 x 1 years PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS FOR OUR LONDON CAMPUS ONLY The Service is required to cover Units 4, 5 & 12 at Here East Estate in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London E20 3BS.
