Description

The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) has created a Framework Agreement to meet the needs of public sector organisations and their agencies and bodies, registered housing providers, Community Interest Groups, education providers and third sector organisations (the 'Contracting Authorities') for requirements covering the retrofit of domestic public and private properties in England with Energy Efficiency Measures and low carbon technology.
