Description

Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) conducted a Further Competition via the Crown Commercial Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), ref: RM6348 Adult Skills and Learning DPS to obtain qualified suppliers to deliver its Adult Skills and Free Courses for Jobs provision across the EMCCA region.

The Further Competition awarded call off contracts of between £100,000-£650,000 per Lot. Call off contracts are for an initial term of 1 year with an option to extend for a further 2x12months at EMCCAs discretion. The Lots are:

Lot 1 - Adult Skills Fund
Lot 2 - Free Courses for Jobs

Service delivery is required from August 2025.  See attached sheet for breakdown of awards.

National Autism Training for Psychiatrists (Enhanced training) 2025/26

NHS England Workforce, Training and Education is seeking to commission a provider to deliver Autism Training for Psychiatrists at an Enhanced level. The estimated value of the Contract is the maximum expenditure that the Contracting Authority has budgeted for payment under the Contract. Including all extensions this is £1,500,000.00 (Exclusive of VAT). The initial term (18 months) has a maximum contract value of £450,000.00 (Exclusive of VAT) and is available to train up to 150 learners. The Awarded Contract shall be payable based on the volume of activity with a maximum price per learner of £3,000.00 (Exclusive of VAT) The intention is to award a contract for an initial period of 18 months, with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of up to 12 months each. The deadline for completed ITT submissions is 13th November at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time. All communications should be made via the messaging function on the e-Tendering portal during the tender exercise. The Contracting Authority requests that all communications are channelled through the e-portal system and not with the Contracting Authority itself other than as expressly permitted within this ITT. Warwick People Team’s Learning & Development Dynamic Framework of Service Providers. The service would include designing, developing and facilitating Warwick staff learning solutions across a range of topics, cohort sizes, event types and lengths to meet defined learning objectives. All learning solutions would be adaptable to allow delivery in-person on campus or virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom. The framework agreements would be monitored and managed centrally by Warwick’s People Team, with services mainly commissioned by this team, however as required, access to service providers would be extended to any of our 13 faculties across the University. This requirement is split into 5 lots.
